Was supposed to take 2 days for my order to be shipped but took 3 or 4. Not that deep, but then one of the hoops broke at the hinge when it was opened carefully- theres a note to say if you break it thats on you. Surely just make more durable, sturdy products, because its obviously a repeat problem.
